KINGS has become a platinum partner of the 15th Nuclear Days conference, held on September 10–11, 2025, at the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of West Bohemia.
This year’s theme, Nuclear Energy and Europe’s Energy Security, attracted distinguished speakers such as Tomáš Ehler (Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, responsible for nuclear energy), Petr Závodský (CEO of Dukovany II Power Plant), or Alois Míka (advisor to KHNP).
KINGS has presented a promotional kiosk where visitors can find out more about the university and its programs. Students could also get more information about this year's admission guidelines and student life, not only from the representatives from KINGS, but also from one of the university’s successful alumni, Jan Hruškovič, who had been a part of the neighboring kiosk by FNC.
We greatly appreciated the strong interest in our activities and the warm support shown to both KINGS and the newly opened NCC. It was equally rewarding to stand behind our alumni who also presented during the conference.
